Return Period:

You can return your purchase within 7 days of the delivery date.

 

Return Conditions:

 • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and complete with all accessories.

 • There should be no damage, stains, or signs of use on the product.

 

Return Process:

 1. Contact us to initiate a return request.

 2. Our team will collect the item free of charge from the address you provide.

 3. After inspection, if the return is approved, your payment will be refunded within 5 business days.

 

Non-returnable Products:

 • Used or washed items

 • Discounted/Outlet products can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect

 

Return Fee:

Returns are completely free. No additional fees will be charged to the customer.
